Home to Home Cat Rehoming Service

As a small branch, we prioritise the space at our Animal Centre for animals that have been brought to us by the National RSPCA inspectors or are in situations of risk, which means we are often unable to rehome pets from the public. We have recently launched our new Home to Home rehoming service, to enable us to help more pets find a new home without using the limited space we have at our centre.

Home to Home Rehoming Process

  • To rehome your pet through this service, email us on iadmin@rspca-whs.org.uk with your contact details, details about your pet, and why you are needing to rehome them.

  • Our team will then visit you at your home to assess your pet, before advertising them as available for adoption on our website.

  • Your pet will stay with you in your home until a potential new owner is found, and then you will need to bring your pet to our animal centre where we will have arranged a meet and greet session with the potential adopter and your pet.

Our Home to Home service is available for homes within a 20 mile radius of our Animal Centre in Warrington, Cheshire. This service is available for cats, only, and pets ideally should be fully vaccinated and microchipped. There is no set fee for this service, but we ask for a donation which will go towards helping the animals at our centre.
